Novodevichy Cemetery

The Novodevichy Cemetery is truly a necropolis of the great sons and daughters of the Russian land. It is also remarkable from an architectural point of view. After the tour you will understand that it is more a museum than the last refuge of people. Many writers, such as Chekhov, Gogol, Bulgakov were buried there. People mourned those who made glory of Russia there – military leaders, statesmen, writers, historians and actors.
